In order to eliminate the next set of incremental volume based charges from their operational budget, and to gain more flexibility in maintaining and developing their OSS and BSS feeds, a Central European Carrier have now turned off all four of their old Comarch based mediation solutions and are now using Lifecycle’s mediation products.
Each of the switches were switched over whilst in operation with absolutely no loss of data or any reduced availability. The carrier now use our FTAM DataKollector solution to collect the files from their Lucent switches and use Dataskope for decoding and transforming the CDR files.
