Lifecycle provide web billing and advanced customer portals for a number of large carriers and resellers. One example is provided as part of a complete managed service for a large European carrier implementing a new Nortel Softswitch. Part of the solution is to provide their IP customers with online bills, with rated CDRs normally available for viewing within an hour of the call being made and invoices posted on the day of billing.
