Lifecycle have partnered with Gamma to deliver Brandbuilder, its packaged B2B MVNO service. Brandbuilder gives mobile dealers and Gamma resellers ownership over their customer base whilst freeing them of the back office tasks normally associated with delivering and billing mobile services.

Lifecycle are using MultiSuite to deliver their part of the Brandbuilder solution. MultiSuite is a white labeled converged billing and customer care solution for retail operations.

MultiSuite modules used for Brandbuilder include:

• MultiOrder for order management, fulfilment and provisioning
• MultiBill for hosted online e-billing
• MultiReport for business analytics and
• MultiPay for direct debit collections and credit control.
