DataKollector
DataKollector collects Call Data Records from a company's network sources and transfers them for conversion and use by downstream systems. Throughout the process, logs of all activities are made for reconciliation and the system can be remotely controlled via an XML/Web interface.
DataKollector is not restricted to working with databases and provides the technology to work with almost any source from text files to binary data streams.
The DataKollector module is needed if your transaction or other data is not already collected or transmitted to a central site. DataKollector manages all kinds of data collection (any format, any medium) and creates process logs for audit purposes. Even if you do currently collect data, the high level of data integrity assured by DataKollector will make it desirable to substitute DataKollector for your existing collection process.
