MultiBill
MultiBill is Lifecycle Software’s hosted billing platform tailored specifically to provide companies with a white label online hosted billing and invoicing capability. Used across all industries, any company that invoices hundreds of customers each month can benefit from using MultiBill. Because MultiBill automates the invoicing of one off and recurring charges you can minimise any revenue leakage that may occur due to missed charges. In addition if you are a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Telecoms Reseller or an MVNO, MultiBill can bill your telephone events, no matter if they are data usage, Call Records or Mobile events and services.
MultiBill is provided as a hosted application, which means it runs on systems provided and managed by Lifecycle, minimising your IT costs and complexity. MultiBill users only need to have internet access to use the application.
Once a company is set up on the system their charges and billing events are processed automatically. We can enhance the service by providing Credit Card and DD collection facilities as well as tailored order processing to meet your own specific workflows.
Each customer invoiced by MultiBill is provided with an online account where they can view their PDF format invoice. In addition the invoice can be emailed to your customer, or you can print and mail your invoices. Feeds to Sage or other finance systems mean less admin and more time talking to customers.
