MultiOrder
MultiOrder is Lifecycle’s hosted order management solution. It allows you to manage your customers and their numbers through a single platform. You can create orders to provision numbers to your carriers and track the status of these provisioning orders.
Fulfillment activities can be set up based on status updates for an order. For example, if a number’s order status is Live, then an Activation Letter can be automatically generated to be sent to the customer. MultiOrder can also be used to communicate with a multitude of billing systems so that your billing system contains the correct customer and number information thus minimizing suspense issues.
