Hackathon event facilitates innovation and collaboration
Employees at Lifecycle-Software participated in a “Hackathon” earlier this month, a special event in which software developers, graphic designers, project managers and others collaborated intensively to create innovative product enhancements and future software projects.
A range of customer-focused product ideas were explored and developed, culminating in presentations from team leaders. These ranged from smart and responsive customer functionality to exciting new IoT tools and applications.
“This was a fun, collaborative event, resulting in some really innovative ideas” says Operations Director, Sally Ainsley. “We will be reviewing how we can onward develop some of these ideas with our R&D roadmap, so it will be exciting to see what happens next”
