The Business Innovation Expo was designed to spread knowledge and understanding of the importance of the different parts of the business. It was a great opportunity to explore how departments work and how they are fostering innovation, developing products and improving processes to help grow the business. It was a great day to pause and consider our achievements over the past 12 months, as well as to build relationships across teams. Staff from Lifecycle’s French office joined us for the event, which was a huge success.
After the Expo, employees enjoyed an evening dinner dance at The Regency Park Hotel in Thatcham.
