Lifecycle Software has developed this Privacy Notice to explain how we may collect, retain, and process the personal data of visitors to our website.  When somebody visits our website we use third party analytics tools, Hubspot and Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.

What do we collect?

Lifecycle-Software.com may collect data about the behaviour of visitors on its website. For instance, data may reveal how much viewing time particular pages have received, or user journeys within the site, in order to measure the performance of the website. Analytics also reveal regional location to help us identify any trends and improve our communication methods. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

If you use the contact form, we’ll keep your information in Hubspot for as long as you have a relationship with us, or until you unsubscribe. After it ends we’ll keep it where we may need it for our legitimate purposes e.g. to help us respond to queries or complaints.

Why do we collect this information?

Keeping a record of our users’ interactions on our site allows us to identify the performance of our website over time, such as the efficiency of our content and potential weaknesses in communication. From this we can review general trends to improve the experience of the site.

Do we share personal data?

Data collected by Lifecycle’s website is not used by our third party analytics software Google Analytics. We do not share the data we collect and is only used internally for the purpose of improving our communications strategy.
