Lifecycle Software has developed this Privacy Notice to explain how we may collect, retain, and process the personal data of visitors to our website. When somebody visits our website we use third party analytics tools, Hubspot and Google, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
What do we collect?
Lifecycle-Software.com may collect data about the behaviour of visitors on its website. For instance, data may reveal how much viewing time particular pages have received, or user journeys within the site, in order to measure the performance of the website. Analytics also reveal regional location to help us identify any trends and improve our communication methods. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
If you insert your information in a website form, we’ll keep your information in Hubspot for as long as you have a relationship with us, or until you unsubscribe. After it ends we’ll keep it where we may need it for our legitimate purposes e.g. to help us respond to queries or complaints.
Why do we collect this information?
Keeping a record of our users’ interactions on our site allows us to identify the performance of our website over time, such as the efficiency of our content and potential weaknesses in communication. From this we can review general trends to improve the experience of the site. Personal information about our existing customers and other data subjects may be used to further our legitimate interests, in particular to better understand our target audiences on social media sites, search engines and advertising platforms (such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Hubspot).
Do we share personal data?
Data processing may be performed by a suitable service provider hired by Lifecycle Software. The service provider will treat the data exclusively for the purposes established by Lifecycle Software and in compliance with the instructions issued by it, complying with the legal regulations on personal data protection, information security and other applicable standards.
Upon entering the site, Hubspot and Google store cookies in the browser of your computer. This anonymously differentiates users from each other, recognises returning visitors, makes a record of site interactions, and performs analytics.
To manage cookies, please review the settings in your browser. On some browsers you can block the cookies we use on this site, though this could affect performance. You may also have the option to delete existing cookies that have been stored on your browser.
