The two week race started on 6th July, with each team member clocking up as many individual miles as possible. These were collectively added together to go the distance, with participants walking dogs, riding horses, cycling and running. The team enjoyed getting active so much, they smashed the 610 mile target - actually travelling to Angers and back TWICE - covering a total of 1220 miles, and raising £1000.
We will be donating the money to our two designated charities for 2020, the Berkshire Women's Aid, and the Necker Hospital in Paris.
“Lifecycle employees have really engaged with the race” said Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Nicola Hughes. “It has been great to ‘get out there’ again post lockdown, get fit and raise some money for two very deserving charities.”
