Lifecycle Software Celebrates 27th Birthday

Lifecycle Software's team got together to celebrate the company's 27th birthday. The event reunited employees from Lifecycle and Lumine Group from across the world including the United Kingdom, France, Canada and Portugal. It was the first face to face company event in over 2 years, due to the pandemic.

The one day event was designed to celebrate the success, present updates and proportionate fun team-building moments. In the morning, the employees were welcomed with a merchandise gift bag filled with company swag. A Lifecycle Software rewind video did the honours as the event kick-off and resulted in some watery eyes. The founder and former CEO of the company, Kim Craven, took the opportunity to recall good memories and congratulate everyone on the journey. Tony Garcia, Group Leader at Lumine Group, went to the stage to highlight how Lifecycle's results are paving the way to more growth.

Mo Firouzabadian, CEO of Lifecycle, made sure to emphasise the team-work behind the brand's success. To celebrate that, he highlighted all the recent promotions, welcomed the new team members and announced the winner of the Values of Lifecycle Awards, Matt Brewer. Kelvin Chaffer, COO, added how our engagement activities are key to living our values. The business update section, presented by Mo, showcased key business metrics and forecasted the next years. Gael Martin (IT), Catarina Alves (Marketing) and Liz Parry (Professional Services) presented updates on cloud strategy, positioning and next steps for the CCS.

Next on the agenda were the workshop breakout sessions. The team was divided into 6 groups to discuss several topics. The conclusions will be used to drive operational improvements. The afternoon and evening were dedicated to activities like climbing, paddle boarding, giant jenga, table tennis and more.

The event took place at Waterside Centre of Berkshire Youth in Newbury, United Kingdom, close to Lifecycle's headquarters. Berkshire Youth helps with the transition from childhood to young adulthood, supporting young people who are vulnerable, disadvantaged or unable to access help elsewhere. Berkshire Youth is our charity of the year and the profits of the event are dedicated to supporting their ongoing work.
