We are delighted to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Mo Firouzabadian, to the Lifecycle customers and partners. Mo joins Lifecycle from Evolving Systems, an industry leader in Customer Value Management, Loyalty and SIM Lifecycle Management, where he was the Senior Vice President for Developed Markets. Mo joined Evolving as a result of the acquisition of Lumata where he was the co-CEO. Mo has led iconic strategic projects with key clients across retail, media, telecommunications and device manufacturers and has over 20 years of experience in the telecom and enterprise software industries.

“I am honoured to be starting as CEO of Lifecycle Software, at an exciting moment in its journey. I’m looking forward to working with our successful customers, partners and fantastic team. Our focus as a team is to look into the data we have about the way we serve our customers and collaborate as a team in order to maximise the value we are adding through our products and services. The telecom industry is at an exciting inflection point with the perfect storm of 5G, the public cloud, digital transformation accelerated by COVID and the optimism and opportunities of the economic recovery of the world emerging from the pandemic.
In the past few years Lifecycle has experienced massive growth within the MVNO, wholesale, and telecom markets. This is a new beginning for us as a business. We will continue work to become ever more data and customer centric as a business and identify new innovative ways we can help our customers achieve their strategic objectives. At the same time we are working every day to improve our quality of service and the resilience of our applications in order to be ready for the massive wave of new connected devices that will surround our lives in the coming years.
