In July 2025, Lifecycle Software marked a major milestone: 30 years of powering telecoms through innovation, growth and connection.
To honour the occasion, we brought our global team together in the English countryside for a day of celebration at the Lifecycle Festival, a unique event designed to reflect our journey and our future.
From the moment the day began, it was clear this wasn’t just a company event—it was a celebration of everything that makes Lifecycle what it is.
- Team members joined us from across the globe
- We launched a cross-functional challenge to create a fictional retail MVNO
- Medieval-themed team-building brought out our competitive spirit
- We had surprise visits from alpacas (!), a live band, karaoke, and a fire pit under the stars
- And of course, plenty of laughter, great food, and shared memories.
The energy, creativity, and camaraderie on display were a perfect reflection of the culture that has driven us for three decades.
