Steve has been with Lifecycle for the past four years, and his knowledge and hard work have made him now the Head of Managed Services at Lifecycle Software, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering customer-centric solutions and ensuring the highest standards of service quality. In this role, Steve oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize client experiences and drive business growth. Steve's dedication and expertise, including his previous role as Service Manager for key clients, have led him to this pivotal role
Silvia promoted to Lifecycle's Head of Professional Services
As the Head of Professional Services. Silvia brings extensive experience in project and delivery within the telecom and information technology industry. Her track record includes successful global project deployments, where she is dedicated to driving excellence in the services delivered by her department with a client centric approach. Silvia joined the company two years ago, and when we asked her what she enjoys most about Lifecycle Software, she said PEOPLE.
